Chad’s coaching in person 1:1
Receive 1:1 virtual or in-person coaching where together we will strengthen your mind and body! I will maximize your time, space, and equipment direct from your home or the gym.
- 60min session at Trifit Barbell, Mauldin SC.
- Initial evaluation and physical assessment during the first few sessions.
- A Customized programming based on your goals, health history, timeframe, and more with being developed after the assessment is complete.
- Session layout after the program is developed:
- Personal proscribed warm-up exercises specific for your needs(10-15mins).
- Main resistance training exercises with form evaluations and protocols (20-40mins).
- Complimentary accessories that may include cosmetic exercises, mobility, conditioning, cardio, and more based purely on you (10-20mins).
- In person coaching is the most detailed and diligent option available. Addressing any issues immediately and constant communication during the sessions, emails, app comments, and more.
- Accountability; do you struggle with making time for the gym? Then 1:1 can be the best fit for you.
