After 12 years of experience in 1:1, I can provide all the same benefits of in-person coaching to his online clients. With weekly check-ins, individualized programming, and a personal video review from me, providing feedback on your submitted training videos guarantees you have no choice but to reach your physical goals.

Cognitive Fitness’s online Programming subscription option gives you access to a wide variety of training templates. Each program has been customized specifically for goals, duration of trainthe ing, and the number of days per week available to workout.

Do I have to be a powerlifter to be part of the team?

No. Chad & Gaby for with all types of people all that they ask for is respect and honest communication.

How do I apply for coaching?

Depending on what are you looking for help (Training or nutrition) click on the coach of your preference and fill out the application.

When would I get an answer-back?

The coach will review your application to see if he/she is the best fit for you. You will be receiving an email in 24-48hrs.

Where Can I pay for coaching?

If your application has been accepted your coach will send you a private link to submit your PayPal using any debit or credit card. (All payments are encrypted & secure)

How often would I chat with my coach?

Depending on the package you buy you will get unlimited access to your coaches Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm (ET)

What are macros?

Macronutrients are the nutrients that your body needs in large amounts, which include fat, carbohydrates, and protein. They’re the nutrients that give you energy and are often called “macros”.

Why should I track macros?

By tracking your macros and eating the optimal amount of each, you’ll ensure that you’re maximizing your ability to burn fat, keep and build muscle, maintain energy levels, and stay full while dieting helps you to get the body you want. At the same time, you’ll be controlling your calories, since calories are a function of macros. By eating the prescribed amount of protein, carbs, and fat set by coach gaby, the calories will take care of themselves and you’ll be getting the best results possible.

Can I get training & nutrition?

Yes. You will also get a discount by hiring both services. However, you will need to fill out each coach’s application separately.

If I sign up and then regretted would I get my money back?

If your coach has sent your program and activated your profile in their private app your money won’t be refunded.

Will I get results?

YES! The majority of our clients had referred their family & friends to our coaching because we make sure you get results. As long as you follow the plan and be honest with us.

Can I book a phone call if I’m not sure about the program?

Yes. Send us an email a info@cognitivefitnessnutrition.com with any doubts or concerns you might have.
