Digital Training
Digital coaching bridges the gap between personal 1:1 coaching and the freedom to train whenever and wherever you want while still getting the elite coaching experience from Coach Chad. Coach will deliver weekly video feedback going over form changes, Q&A, comments, general information, and updated training protocols. Coach Chad’s Digital services are the most cost-friendly, personal, and progressive option out there.
After you submit a full form of information, Coach Chad will customize all your programming needs including:
- Warm-ups
- Main exercises
- Accessories
- Mobility
- Conditioning
- Technique drills
- Special and specific exercises for each goal (Exp: Plyometric exercises for athletes looking to improve their vertical jump)
- Core work
- Breathing Mechanics
- Mental training preparation such as meditation
- Active Recovery movements
Each week Coach Chad will update your training based on the feedback input you submit. The information you will be asked to provide includes videos of yourself performing proscribed movements, daily difficulty ratings, RPE &/or load amounts used, comments, questions, and any other information you want to have reviewed. Feedback each week will be a personal video from him going over your weekly feedback submissions. After which he will send you a new layout of progressive movements to perform.
